I had a really smooth experience using the site. I was able to find my way around easily, upload my photo, and tweak the design right from my phone without any hassle. Checkout was quick too, which I appreciated. Overall, it was simple and stress-free, and I’d definitely use it again.

I think this was a good value. The shipping cost felt a little high, sure, but I’m not going to say the whole thing wasn’t worth it just because of that.

I ordered from optimalprint uploading my photos was way easier than I expected. The site didn’t freeze or make me start over, which is usually my biggest fear with these kinds of sites. I liked that I could move the pictures around and preview everything before placing the order. It only took a few minutes, so that part was great. I do think some of the layout tools could be a little more polished, but overall I was happy with the experience.

Checkout eventually worked after a few tries, so I did get through it, but the whole editing process felt more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasn’t a total disaster, just not very smooth.

My only real complaint is the delivery took longer than I expected, and the tracking wasn’t very helpful, which got a bit frustrating because I kept checking it. For the price, though, I’m still happy with the order and would probably use them again for invites or holiday cards

The cards turned out okay in the end, but getting them made was more hassle than I expected. The design tool kept lagging, and moving text boxes around felt clunky, so I had to redo parts of the design a few times. I also had to chase them up when I needed help, which made the whole thing feel more annoying than it should’ve been. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not as smooth as I’d hoped.

I liked the template selection on Optimal Print overall. There were plenty of nice options, and it was easy to find something close to what I had in mind. That said, a lot of the designs started to feel really similar after a while, so I ended up spending way more time than I wanted just comparing small differences. It was a bit of a hassle, but I’m happy with what I picked in the end and would probably use it again.

The colors looked good, but the image was kinda blurry. Not completely awful, just annoying as hell when you’re expecting it to look sharper.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to support and they handled it way faster than I expected. They sorted out a refund and sent a replacement without making me jump through a ridiculous number of hoops. No long back and forth either, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely order from optimalprint again...

Everything showed up the way I ordered it, and the photos and text were all correct. I did notice one card had a tiny little mark on it, but honestly... not a huge deal for me. Overall, I’m happy with how they turned out
